In our Restaurant we serve a 5-course dinner during the high summer and winter seasons, and a 4-course dinner during the mid-seasons for our hotel guests. Otherwise we offer home-style cuisine. Specialties such as our classic the homemade chateaubriand steak with béarnaise sauce , our wide selection of fondues and changing dishes by our chef are available for selection. A good glass of whiskey at our whisky bar (the biggest selection in the world) complete the hopefully memorable evening. Vegetarian meals are also always available.
