Specialties such as fresh fish (our local, blue trout), our classic Châteaubriand steak from our grill with homemade Bérnaise sauce, our fondue specialties and different, traditional dishes from our chef--and organic meals--are available for your selection. A vegetarian choice is also provided, such as our Rösti "Waldhaus"--a traditional, Swiss potato dish with mushroom ragout and baked cheese, or our homemade Veltliner pizzoccheri.
