In our restaurant Il Spedun, we offer home-style cuisine. Starting with our crisp salad buffet with over twenty different choices, to a wide selection of cold and hot appetizers, to homemade soups. Specialties such as fresh fish (our local, blue trout), our classic Châteaubriand steak from our grill with homemade Bérnaise sauce, our fondue specialties and different, traditional dishes from our chef--and organic meals--are available for your selection. A vegetarian choice is also provided, such as our Rösti "Waldhaus"--a traditional, Swiss potato dish with mushroom ragout and baked cheese, or our homemade Veltliner pizzoccheri. And for dessert, our baked raspberries with vanilla ice cream or our favorite cheese selection. A lovely glass of house whisky will round out your memorable evening.
